Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Custom or made-to-order 3D printed parts may require additional processing time depending on complexity and volume. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer multiple shipping options to suit your needs, including standard, expedited, and express services.


Estimated delivery times (after processing):


Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days


Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days


Express Shipping: 1–2 business days



Please note: delivery times may vary based on location and order volume.


Custom Orders

Because we specialize in 3D printed parts, some orders may require additional lead time. We will notify you via email if your custom part requires more time to produce.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to become active.


International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping rates and delivery times will vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.


Damages & Lost Packages

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Retain all packaging materials and damaged goods for your claim.
